Introduction to Reflexology

This workshop will teach you the basics of reflexotherapy. It will focus on surface anatomy and basic reflex points in Reflexology.

This workshop is ideal for people with no previous experience who would like to learn and enjoy the benefit of massage at home. Whether you are looking to massage your partner, family member or just want to impress your friends, this course will be right for you. The course can also be undertaken as refresher reflexology course, ideal for massage and beauty therapists who want to get back into routine of providing reflexology treatments.
