Certificate in Indian Head Massage (QCF) Level 3

 

The candidate will study the theory of all treatments as well as the anatomy of the whole body. Contraindications and recognition of skin diseases and disorders are also a vital part of their training as well as the underpinning knowledge and skills required to successfully perform the treatments: Indian Head Massage.

Course length: 2 days (Full Time)

How to secure your place:
A deposit of £100.00 secures your place. The balance is then due no later than 30 days prior to commencement of the course. You can choose to spread the cost of the programme and pay by affordable monthly instalments over the duration of your course. Please use contact form for further information on this subject.

Those students who choose to take the final course examination will be required to pay the assessment fees. These are currently set at £125.00 per examination and are subject to change at any time without prior notification, even after the initial payment has been made. These fees are payable in full on or before day one of the course and, once paid, are strictly non-refundable.

  • Working in the Beauty Related Industries - Assignment
  • Monitor and Maintain Health and Safety Practice in the Salon - Portfolio of evidence; MCQ; Or Assignment
  • Client Care and Communication in the Beauty Related Industries - Assignment

Pre requisite
The pre requisite of the Level 3 Diploma in Body Massage is Level 3 Anatomy,Physiology and Pathology.

Opportunities for progression
Once candidates have achieved the Level 3 Certificate in Indian Head Massage they may progress on to other equivalent (VTCT, City and Guilds, BTEC) awards at level 3, for example:

  • Holistic Massage
  • Spa Treatments
  • Diet and Nutrition

This award qualifies graduates to operate their own clinic or home visiting practice. Graduates can also gain employment in Beauty Salons, Health Club, Health Farms, Spas and Liners. Professional indemnity and public liability insurance can be obtained via several different Industry Associations who recognise the certificate.
